I am not obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, and I do not take part in them.

I take care with the content on this site. As a service provider I am responsible for my own content under the general laws. I am not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third party information, or to investigate circumstances that point to unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. Liability in that respect starts from the point at which a concrete infringement becomes known. If I become aware of an infringement I will remove the content promptly.

This site links to external sites, including rapidventurelab.com, LinkedIn, Substack and the live demos of my own projects. I have no control over the content of those sites, and their operators are responsible for it. The linked pages were checked for unlawful content when the link was set, and none was apparent. Permanent monitoring without concrete evidence of an infringement is not reasonable. If I become aware of an infringement I will remove the link promptly.
