These terms cover the use of harisrehman.net. The operator is Haris Rehman, Rapid Venture Lab, Berlin. Full details sit on the imprint page. Nothing is sold on this site, no account is created, and no service is ordered here. If you use the site, these terms apply.

You may read the site, share links to it, and get in touch. You may not:

• Use the content for unlawful, harmful or deceptive purposes
• Present my work or my case studies as your own
• Republish or resell the content without written permission
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or otherwise abuse the site

The text, structure, screenshots and design of this site are mine, or used with permission, and are protected by copyright. The frameworks, methods and templates behind the work stay my intellectual property. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link.

The case studies describe work carried out under client engagements or built by me. Clients stay anonymous unless they have agreed otherwise. Figures shown as potential value or impact are illustrative estimates, written to show how I frame a business case. They are not audited results and not a promise of what you would get.

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or regulated financial advice. The tools linked here are demonstrations. Any decision you take after reading this site, or after using one of the demos, is yours. I give no guarantee of any specific commercial outcome.

I keep this site accurate and available, but I do not warrant that it is free of errors or always reachable. Liability for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and liability for injury to life, body or health, remains unaffected, as does liability under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence, liability is limited to the breach of essential contractual duties and to the damage typically foreseeable in such cases.

This site links to external pages, including rapidventurelab.com, LinkedIn, Substack and the live demos. Their operators are responsible for their content. No unlawful content was apparent when the links were set. If you find something wrong behind a link, tell me and I will remove it.

German law applies, excluding its conflict of law rules. Where the law allows a choice of venue, the place of jurisdiction is Berlin. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
